IDEA Language Centre has developed expert knowledge on language courses, translation and interpretation and all our actions seek to respond to and meet the present and future needs of our Clients. Continuously monitoring their needs, we have established a solid foundation for continuous improvement of the quality of our services as well as for efficient operation.
         Quality of services provided by IDEA Language Centre is certified to the standard ISO 9001, and the relevant certificate of conformity was awarded by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification. Equally important, our translation services meet the industry standard 15038, held by only a handful of translation businesses. The purpose of the standard is to establish and define the requirements for the provision of quality services by translation service providers. The standard offers both translation service providers and their clients a description and definition of the entire service, being designed to provide translation service providers with a set of procedures and requirements to meet market needs with regard to the translation process and all other aspects of translation service provision, including quality assurance and order traceability. It also specifies the requirements for translation project management, starting with preparation for delivery, assignment of translators, reviewers, editors, coordination of work, ensuring terminology consistency, communication with all stakeholders through to final acceptance of the service.
         Businesses are increasingly more aware of the importance of organisation and efficiency, and thus quality of delivered projects. One of the ways to achieve the desired effects is to improve everyday processes at the company and their results. What comes in handy here is proven operational guidelines collected as ISO standards. Not only does the application of proven procedures save time, but also guarantees best-possible performance. Procedures at our company control not only document flows, but also selection of appropriately qualified language instructors and translators. We monitor our clients' needs and control the quality of our services. We make sure that the satisfaction of our Clients endures beyond service provision, be it completion of the language course, or delivery of translation, by asking their opinion and measuring satisfaction so that we know how to improve our services. Importantly, the procedures contribute to our operational flexibility, instrumental to successful delivery of big projects. ISO certificate serves here as a warranty to our Clients. It tells them they are delivered top quality service, tailored to their specific needs, developed and served to top standards.
         We also employ cutting-edge technologies. We use ICT systems that support training and translation project delivery, such as:
  • training - we use Tenvirk TM application - a comprehensive language school management system,
  • translation - we use XTRF (state-of-the-art translation projects management system) and XTM (cutting-edge computer assisted translation tool enabling consistent and reliable translation memory and client terminology management)
